Paul-Yvon Billiet

Paul-Yvon joined Clairfield Belgium in 2020 as an associate partner. Paul-Yvon has a strong track record in financial markets and mergers & acquisitions.

Throughout his career, he has been responsible for business development in several important financial institutions including Bank Degroof and Edmond de Rothschild. He also played an important role in the negotiations leading to several IPOs. Prior to Clairfield he was director of transaction advisory services at Finvision.

Paul-Yvon holds a masters in finance from Leuven University. He received an MBA from Vlerick Business School and a general management programme certificate (GMP) from Harvard Business School.
