Krzysztof is a Manager at Clairfield Poland. He has 10 years’ experience in finance and mergers & acquisitions. He specializes in the sectors of IT and dental services.

Some of the landmark deals that he supported include the acquisition of Bluesoft (end-to-end IT services) by Orange and the sale of a majority stake in Nesperta (leader of the UV nail polish market) to the Resource Partners PE fund. Recently, he coordinated the sale of several dental clinics, including Dentimed, Estedent, and Estetika Dental Clinic.
