Associate

Esra joined Clairfield in Turkey in 2024 as an associate working as part of the execution team working across all sectors. She began her career at Google as part of the Associate Product Marketing Manager (APMM) program in Silicon Valley, later rising to product marketing manager on the Google Ads team. In 2020, she transitioned internally to YouTube, where she focused on business development partnerships with major clients in the YouTube Kids and music entertainment sectors.

Before joining Clairfield, Esra served as chief strategy officer at Voys AI, an AI-powered language learning startup, and later took on the role of chief operating officer.

Esra graduated with a degree in political science — on the Dean’s List with High Honors — from Columbia University.
