Martin J. Neumann

Martin is managing director at Saxenhammer, Clairfield’s partner in Germany. He advises medium-sized companies and shareholders on sales processes, capital increases, and special situations. Martin has extensive expertise in the review and application of all tactical courses of action available for a successful company sale, restructuring, or reorganisation in the context of court-structured proceedings.

After studying law in Germany and Scotland, Martin advised numerous clients in a wide range of industries. His focus is on the SaaS, technology and cleantech/energy transition sectors.
