Tom Křížek

Tom joined Clairfield in the Czech Republic as an analyst in 2026. He supports the execution of M&A transactions, valuations, and market analysis.

Before joining Clairfield, Tom worked in PwC’s restructuring team under Partner Petr Smutný, contributing to preventive restructurings, insolvencies, and M&A transactions. He later gained transaction advisory experience at RSM with Lenka Zdražilová, focusing on preparing and analysing financial statements.

Tom holds a master’s in finance and business valuation from Prague University of Economics and Business, with a minor specialisation in consulting.
