Jiří Richter

Jiří Richtr joined Clairfield in the Czech Republic in 2026 as a senior associate. He focuses on the origination and execution of M&A transactions and his specialist sectors are energy, real estate, and healthcare.

Prior to joining Clairfield, Jiří served as an investment manager at DRFG fund, where he focused on commercial real estate projects across Central Europe. He previously held the role of M&A Manager at Veolia. Earlier in his career at EY, he was involved in transaction advisory services, specialising in debt fundraising, company valuation, financial modelling, and due diligence.

Jiří graduated from the Brno University of Technology with an engineering degree in business management and economics. He holds a master’s of science from the University of London. Jiří is also an ACCA-certified accountant.
