Steve Nock

Steve joined Clairfield in 2013. His primary focus is in the consumer and healthcare sectors, where he has completed several transactions.

Steve has over 12 years’ corporate finance experience working primarily with private businesses, and he has been involved in a wide range of transactions, including disposals, acquisitions, capital raising and MBOs. Before joining Clairfield, he worked in the restructuring team at Grant Thornton, where he focused primarily on business reviews and accelerated mergers & acquisitions processes. Steve won the Midlands Emerging Dealmaker of the Year award in 2018.

Steve is an ICAEW chartered accountant and graduated from the University of Bath with a degree in business.
