Buy, build, rise – how Confirma Software does it

Continuing our interview series on buy & build strategies and the transformative power of acquisitions to reshape and elevate business, we spoke with Jarle Mork, CEO of Confirma Software, for his views on scaling a business through M&A.

Jarle shares Confirma’s remarkable journey through 25 acquisitions and counting — each with its own background and culture. He identifies three factors for success in acquisitions: understanding the true drivers and sustainability of growth by digging deeper into the numbers, outperforming competitors in execution, and speaking the same language both figuratively and literally.

Jarle says, « The only true measure of growth is new customers. If a company isn’t consistently winning and growing its customer base, it’s not truly a growth company, no matter what the financials say. »
