Exxaro’s Eyesizwe BEE structure extended
Exxaro and Eyesizwe, its 30% Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) shareholder, agreed to the extension of Exxaro’s BEE ownership scheme through Eyesizwe retaining its entire shareholding until at least December 2027.
