Adam Friedl

Adam joined Clairfield in the Czech Republic in 2026 as a senior associate. He advises clients on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions, supporting projects throughout the entire transaction process from preparation and analysis to execution.

Adam has more than five years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Prior to joining Clairfield, he spent over four years in the M&A advisory team at KPMG, where he advised strategic and financial investors on domestic and cross-border transactions across a broad range of industries and company sizes. Earlier in his career, he worked in the valuation team at Grant Thornton, focusing on business valuations, financial modelling and transaction-related analyses.

His experience spans sellside and buyside M&A transactions, business valuations, financial modelling and corporate finance advisory. He has worked with privately owned companies, multinational corporations, private equity investors and other financial sponsors on a wide variety of strategic and transaction-related assignments.

Adam holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics and Management from the Prague University of Economics and Business, with a minor specialization in Business Valuation.
