Adam Přeučil

Adam Přeučil joined Clairfield as an analyst in May of 2022. In his current role as associate, he is responsible for identification and execution of M&A transactions.

Adam has worked on multiple closed transactions in industrial and services sectors during his career at Clairfield. He participated in the divestiture of the construction company VALCANO to the Hungarian strategic investor Duna Aszfalt, the divestiture of UNIKOV Steel to the investment group Colibri Capital, the divestiture of Plazma Plus to Interlacto, the divestiture of AMTEK to EMKO IPC, and the divestiture of Tomburn CZ to COLORprofi.

Prior to joining Clairfield, Adam was an M&A consultant at Deloitte Advisory where he participated in projects related to vendor and buy side financial due diligence and M&A consulting across the CEE region.

Adam holds a master’s degree in business economics and management with a minor in business valuation from the University of Economics in Prague.
