Crosby is one of the founding partners of Clairfield International. He has been advising on domestic and crossborder corporate finance, capital advisory, and mergers and acquisition transactions for almost 30 years during which he has originated, managed, and executed sell-side, buy-side, and capital advisory mandates principally in the middle-market space for private and family-owned companies, public companies, and private-equity and investment firms. His transaction experience spans the globe and a wide array of industries including consumer products, building products and construction services, chemicals, business services, IT services, and real estate transactions including hotels, resorts, and multi-family properties. In recent years, Crosby has also focused on select growth markets including cannabis, biotech, and e-commerce companies and start-ups.
Prior to the founding of Clairfield, he worked with Crédit Commercial de France (acquired by HSBC in 2000) and several midmarket firms in both Italy and the US. Previously he worked in real estate redevelopment and the purchase and sale of small businesses. He earned an MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan. Crosby is fluent in Italian and Spanish.
