Dennis Wang

Dennis Wang is a consultant at Clairfield in China with strong capabilities in M&A advisory, financial modelling, and deal negotiation within the Chinese and international context. He joined the firm in 2024 and brings over five years of experience in corporate finance and strategic advisory.

Dennis was previously an investment banking associate at Oaklins, where he advised on notable crossborder transactions, including Beaulieu International Group’s divestiture in China, Perdue Farms’ divestiture in China, and DayDayCook’s acquisition in Italy. Earlier in his career, Dennis worked at Deloitte as an audit associate, supporting major clients such as Wittur, Korean Ginseng Corporation, Chanel, Winston Law Firm, and Top Alliance Bioscience Inc., and conducting detailed industry research.

Dennis graduated from Rutgers Business School with a degree in finance and holds a masters in finance from the University of Maryland.
