Dipeel Parbhoo

Dipeel joined RMB, Clairfield in Sub-Saharan Africa, in 2020 and is responsible for leading RMB’s real estate and hospitality sector practice within the corporate finance team.

Dipeel has extensive experience in listed, private and midmarket M&A transactions, both in South Africa and abroad, across traditional buyside and sellside M&A, public and private market capital raising, IPO’s, strategic advisory, and empowerment transactions in terms of South Africa’s broad-based black economic empowerment regulations.

Dipeel is a qualified chartered account (CA(SA) designation) and holds a bachelor of accounting degree and a post-graduate diploma in accounting from the University of Cape Town.
