Fernando Terré

Fernando Terré is a partner at Clairfield in Argentina, based in the Rosario office. He is a senior member of the valuation and M&A team and brings extensive experience in corporate valuations across Argentina and multiple Latin American countries, including Brazil, Bolivia, Colombia, Peru, Paraguay, Uruguay, Chile, El Salvador, and Panama.

Over the course of his career, Fernando has led several valuation projects, including purchase price allocations, fairness opinions, and valuations of companies, minority interests, and intangible and fixed assets. His work supports a range of objectives including M&A, tax planning, accounting compliance, regulatory submissions, and dispute resolution.

Fernando has advised a broad portfolio of multinational and regional clients, including Unilever, Procter & Gamble, Banco Hipotecario, Grupo Clarín, Adecoagro, Grupo Los Grobo, British American Tobacco, Petrobras, Repsol YPF, Shell International, Exxon, Halliburton, and DuPont Argentina, among others.

Prior to joining Clairfield, Fernando served as director at First Corporate Finance Advisors and held management positions at Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance S.A. and Costan Market S.A.

Fernando graduated from the Universidad Austral in Rosario with a degree in business sciences.
