Ilhame Tamrouti

Ilhame joined Clairfield in the Netherlands at the beginning of 2025 as an analyst, bringing prior M&A consulting experience from a boutique advisory firm in Washington, D.C.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in international business and philosophy from Loyola University Chicago and a master’s degree in quantitative management from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

She was also a 2x All-American track and field athlete, earning the honour once at Loyola and once at Duke.
