Jan Zalewski

Jan joined Clairfield in Poland as a business analyst in 2026. In this role, he conducts financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring to support the execution of midmarket and crossborder transactions.

Prior to joining Clairfield, Jan gained over two years of experience in financial controlling within the automotive sector in the Netherlands and the renewable energy industry in Poland. During this time, he supported business decision-making in dynamic operational environments, developing strong analytical and financial planning capabilities.

Jan graduated from the Hanze University of Applied Sciences with a degree in international business.
