Klaus Frandsen has 20 years of investment banking and business development experience and he has led numerous M&A transactions. In addition to his general M&A experience, Klaus has held a number of corporate development and M&A leadership roles within the financial services industry and related transactional businesses and thus has a deep understanding of the IT and financial services sectors.
Most recently, Klaus acted as COO and head of business development in Evenex. Prior to this, Klaus held the position of CEO of Nets during the joint venture phase and as head of corporate development and member of the executive management team at PBS (now Nets). Klaus also has worked for IBM where he led the post merger integration work for the IT outsourcing part when IBM acquired Maersk Data/Dmdata. Prior to that, Klaus held the position of first vice president for product management/e-finance at Danske Bank.
Klaus is a member of the board of Miracle A/S and St1 Finance OY. He holds a bachelors in business economics from Odense University, Odense.
