Konrad Madej

Konrad is a Manager at Clairfield International. He has nearly 15 years of expertise in M&A and business consulting, complemented by a strong engineering background.

This technical foundation distinguishes Konrad within the M&A landscape, enabling him to look beyond standard financial and process management to deeply understand the complex technologies driving his clients’ businesses. Currently, his primary focus is on the biotechnology and healthtech sectors, where he advises highly innovative companies developing cutting-edge solutions, such as 3D-bioprinted bionic organs, AI-driven diagnostic imaging software, and world-leading diagnostic methods for tuberculosis.

With a proven track record, Konrad has successfully completed over 30 projects for midsized clients during his tenure at Clairfield. His extensive transaction experience spans acquisitions, financings, divestitures, and restructurings. While he is currently involved in life sciences, his previous advisory experience encompasses a wide range of technically demanding industries, including the automotive, aerospace, defense, and IT sectors, alongside industrials, e-commerce, and oil & gas.

He also brings valuable international experience from his time working for the investment bank McColl Partners in Charlotte, USA.

Konrad was educated at the Warsaw University of Technology and Lazarski University.
