Konstantin Zygan

Konstantin is a partner at Clairfield in Frankfurt, and over the last seven years, he has worked on various M&A, financing, and strategic advisory projects at Clairfield. Previously Konstantin worked as a financial services analyst at KPMG and joined Clairfield in 2016.

Konstantin holds a masters in finance with a focus on corporate finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. In 2020 he completed the Certified Professional in Restructuring & Turnaround Management certificate program at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.

In addition to working at Clairfield in Germany, Konstantin is active in his own 2nd generation family business (sensor technology/building automation), providing financial controlling support and advice regarding M&A.
