Luiz Penno

Luiz has more than 20 years’ experience in mergers & acquisitions, fundraising, and corporate finance in a broad number of sectors, including financial services, healthcare, retail, technology, real estate, agribusiness, and oil & gas.

Prior to founding the company, Luiz was a co-founder of Advisia Investimentos and an engagement manager of the corporate finance practice at McKinsey & Company, where he worked on deals in Europe, the United States, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. He also worked in the M&A department of Banco Fator and as a consultant at Value Partners.

Luiz graduated from Fundação Getúlio Vargas with a degree in business administration and holds a masters in finance and economics with distinction from the London School of Economics.
