Mark Spetter

Mark is partner at Clairfield in the Netherlands and member of Clairfield’s marketing committee.  Mark has been with the firm since 2015 and has been involved with over 100 M&A transactions and company valuations across various industries.

With a background rooted in his entrepreneurial family, Mark has developed a strong expertise in the consumer market. From 2004 to 2014, he served as a corporate finance specialist at BDO Corporate Finance, where he  was instrumental in BDO’s consumer advisory team. During this time, he was also a frequent guest lecturer on the M&A business at the University of Groningen and other academic institutions.

Mark holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Groningen.
