Martin E. Bloch

Martin E. Bloch is a senior advisor and the head of Debt & Capital Advisory at Saxenhammer, Clairfield’s partner in Germany. He has 20 years of experience in corporate roles and investment banking, including three years with mezzanine funds. His expertise spans corporate finance and capital structures, with a focus on financing and restructuring.

Martin also advises on project finance including greenfield, brownfield, and decarbonisation projects, as well as transactions in real estate, infrastructure, green energy, and defence. He has a strong network of companies, investors, and financing partners in the DACH region and internationally. In addition, Martin has solid experience in M&A, ECM, DCM, and derivatives.

His professional background includes Dresdner Bank Kleinwort, European Capital, M Cap Finance and the German branch of Mediobanca.
