Serge Ragotzky

Serge is a partner at Clairfield in Germany. He has worked in mergers & acquisitions and capital markets since 1997.

After working for Sal. Oppenheim, HSBC and UBS, he was managing director of the pan-European investment bank Kepler Chevreux (formerly Kepler Capital Markets) for six years. Since 2014 he has also been a professor of investment banking at the HfWU Nürtingen-Geislingen.

Serge studied economics at the EBS University Oestrich-Winkel, the University of Bonn, ESC Dijon, and AGSIM Thunderbird Glendale/USA and holds a doctorate from the Leipzig Graduate School of Management.
