Shah is a founding partner in Clairfield in the UK and has over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance. He leads the TMT and healthcare sectors for Clairfield in the UK and has experience across a wide range of sectors.

Shah has advised public and private companies on various transactions, including deal structure, strategy, acquisitions, disposals, and fund-raising. He also has considerable experience in crossborder transactions.
