Tereza Petrová

Tereza is an analyst at Clairfield in the Czech Republic, where she provides analytical support across mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, company valuations, and market research. She joined the firm in 2020 through Patria Corporate Finance, Clairfield’s partner in the region.

Before joining Clairfield, Tereza completed a rotational internship at PwC, where she gained experience in M&A, valuations, and business recovery services. Her academic and professional foundation has contributed to her growing expertise in financial analysis and transaction support.

Tereza graduated from the Prague University of Economics and Business with a degree in accounting and finance, where she is also completing her master’s degree in finance and business valuation, with a minor in turnaround management. She has also studied at Johannes Kepler University in Linz and attended a summer school programme in valuation at the London School of Economics.
