Tom Olsio

Tom is the COO of corporate finance services at Clairfield in Finland. He has over 30 years of experience in banking and corporate finance.

His expertise encompasses buy-side and sell-side assignments, as well as ECM and DCM in the metals and mining, healthcare, real estate, B2B services, and infrastructure sectors. He has extensive experience in IPOs, private placements, structured finance, financial restructuring, strategic advisory, and valuations.

Tom started at Arctos Servicen and Partners in 1989, moved to Outokumpu Plc in the metals and mining industry in 1990, and joined Prudential Bache as an LME market maker in 1992. He joined United Bankers (now Clairfield in Finland) in 1994 and has since held various roles, including board positions.

Tom holds a masters in economics from the Hanken School of Economics. He is also a certified advisor on the Nasdaq Helsinki and Stockholm exchanges.
