Vinicius Santos

Vinicius joined Clairfield in Brazil in 2021, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions. As vice president, he leads deal execution across sellside and buyside mandates, coordinating deal teams, structuring the financial analysis, and driving processes through due diligence, negotiation, and closing. He works closely with clients’ C-level and shareholders and serves as a day-to-day point of contact for counterparties, investors, and their advisors.

His transaction experience spans the healthcare, education, technology, and business services sectors, across both sell-side and buy-side mandates. His work has ranged from building long-term business plans alongside management teams to leading competitive due diligence processes, valuation, and the negotiation of share purchase and shareholders’ agreements.

Vinicius is a CFA charterholder, with a specialization in private markets. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Campinas (Unicamp).
