Vítek Kulhánek

Vít joined Clairfield in the Czech Republic as an analyst in 2026. He provides analytical support throughout the transaction process, including financial analysis, modelling, and transaction execution.

Before joining Clairfield, Vít worked at EY-Parthenon, where he was part of the corporate finance and restructuring team, contributing to financial analyses, complex financial modelling, and strategic projects supporting client growth. He also gained experience in the internal audit department at ČEZ.

Vít holds a master’s in banking and corporate finance from Charles University in Prague and a PhDr in economics and management from DTI University.
