Yossi Moussari

Yossi Moussari is a CPA and transaction readiness specialist with more than 25 years of experience leading financial operations, fundraising processes, and M&A transactions for global technology companies and high-growth startups.

Since beginning his career in Deloitte, he has held a number of senior finance leadership roles.  Since 2020, Yossi has advised companies through investment rounds, strategic transactions, and M&A. His expertise spans due diligence readiness, data room management, financial operations, corporate governance, and transaction execution.

Yossi is known for helping management teams prepare for and navigate complex due diligence processes, identifying potential risks in advance and significantly improving transaction readiness. His experience includes supporting successful acquisitions and strategic investments involving leading global companies such as Walmart, Johnson & Johnson, Remitly, Block, and others.

Yossi holds a degree in accounting and is a certified public accountant (CPA).
