Cezary Karpowicz

Cezary is a senior associate at Clairfield International, specialising in M&A advisory with a particular focus on the healthcare sector.

His experience spans both investing and transaction advisory, including private equity at Tar Heel Capital, investment banking at Pekao, and M&A roles within Big 4 firms. Over the course of his career, he has worked on transactions across a range of sectors, with particularly strong exposure to healthcare.

Cezary holds a Master in Management from ESCP Business School and a degree in Law & Economics from Poznań University of Economics and Business.
