Ezequiel Sosa

Ezequiel Sosa joined Clairfield in Italy in 2026, where he supports M&A execution across a wide range of domestic and crossborder transactions.

Prior to joining Clairfield, Ezequiel gained experience in the finance department of Eurovetro, where he was involved in a crossborder M&A transaction and supported financial planning, controlling, and post-acquisition integration projects. Through this experience, he developed a solid foundation in corporate finance and financial analysis.

Ezequiel holds a master in corporate finance from LIUC University. He also earned a master in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Milano-Bicocca.
