Jake Moyle

Jake rejoined Clairfield’s partner in Australia, InterFinancial, in 2026. As associate director, he advises clients on buyside and sellside transactions and on commercial and contract matters. He focuses in particular on the defence, government and sport sectors. Jake has more than a decade of experience across M&A, commercial advisory and operations, gained in investment banking, the public sector and professional sport.

Before rejoining InterFinancial, Jake was associate director, defence at EY-Parthenon. There he restructured sustainment contracts worth more than A$1bn, contributed to defence industry policy statements and ran rapid acquisition processes for the Australian Department of Defence. He also spent four years building operational capability at Melbourne Victory FC, which gives him first-hand experience of running a business as well as advising one.

Jake is known for a thorough and detailed approach. He brings a fresh perspective to complex problems and looks for creative solutions that deliver the right outcome for all parties.

Jake graduated from Queensland University of Technology with a degree in finance. He also holds a graduate diploma in sports coaching from the University of Queensland and a masters in sports science from Victoria University.
