Jörg Schürmann

Jörg Schürmann is managing director and head of real estate M&A and Capital Advisory at Saxenhammer, Clairfield’s partner in Germany. Jörg is an experienced investment banker and corporate finance advisor with over 25 years of experience in M&A, equity capital raising, and debt advisory. His focus is on building long-term partnerships and acquiring new clients by developing customised strategies that help both institutional investors and companies achieve their financing and growth objectives. He specialises in structuring and implementing complex financing and M&A transaction solutions primarily for companies in the real estate sector.

Jörg has worked for UBS Investment Bank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, JLL Corporate Finance, IKB Dt. Industriebank, and Deloitte Corporate Finance, among others. He is also a lecturer in real estate finance at TH Aschaffenburg.

Jörg holds a degree in business administration from WHU Koblenz.
