Lachie Jackson

Lachie joined Clairfield’s partner in Australia, InterFinancial, in 2026. As associate, he supports clients through the full deal lifecycle, with a focus on financial modelling and commercial analysis. He helps clients understand what drives value in a transaction, where the risks sit and what that means in practical terms.

Lachie has five years’ experience across infrastructure and corporate finance. He has worked on projects in energy, transport, water, mining and social infrastructure for both private and public sector clients. Before joining InterFinancial, he held advisory roles at TSA Riley and AECOM, and earlier worked in contract management and legal roles. A recent highlight was the A$350m acquisition of the Horsham Solar Farm and BESS from OX2 in 2024, where he was buy-side investment advisor and lead financial modeller.

Lachie combines detailed financial analysis with practical, solutions-focused thinking. He is valued for his thoughtful approach, commercial instincts and commitment to client outcomes.

Lachie graduated from Queensland University of Technology with degrees in law (honours) and finance.
