Maciej Flont

Maciej joined Clairfield in Poland as an analyst in 2026. As an analyst, he focuses on supporting M&A execution by building detailed financial models, conducting company valuations, performing targeted market research, and preparing investment materials.

Before joining Clairfield, Maciej gained experience at a Warsaw-based investment banking boutique and completed an internship at a venture capital fund, where he focused on transaction analysis and investment evaluation.

Maciej graduated from the University of Amsterdam with a degree in business administration and completed an exchange programme at NYU Stern School of Business.
