Marek is Partner at Clairfield Poland, which he joined in 2012. He has over 10 years’ experience in mergers & acquisitions and is currently head of Clairfield Poland’s dental & vet practice. Marek’s main fields of expertise are healthcare, industrial, insurance, and FMCG.

Marek’s landmark transactions include advising parties such as IOW Group, Mediss Dental Clinics, Dentestetica, Kliniki Dentaurus, Medicadent, Centrum Stomatologiczne Twój Uśmiech, Dentica 24, Centrum Estetique and Primadent.

Marek graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in international business, finance and economics, and holds a masters from Warsaw University of Economics.
