Michał Brauntsch

Michał is a director at Clairfield in Poland, advising private equity investors, corporates and entrepreneurs on domestic and crossborder midmarket M&A and strategic corporate finance assignments.

He brings over 15 years of experience in M&A and corporate finance across industrials, energy, construction, consumer products, healthcare and technology. Prior to rejoining Clairfield’s Polish team, Michał served as Interim CFO of an EUR 200 million+ international manufacturing and distribution group.

Michał holds a masters in finance from the Cracow University of Economics. His education also includes postgraduate studies in commercial law at the University of Warsaw and the Leading Change and Organizational Renewal programme at Harvard Business School Online.
