Michał Stosio is a manager at Clairfield in Poland, which he joined in 2015. He has eight years’ experience in mergers & acquisitions. His key areas of expertise are in the TMT, retail and industrial sectors. Michał specialises in modelling complex merger structures and business valuation.

Michal’s spotlight transactions include three acquisitions of payment companies (PeP, Przelewy24, Dotpay & eCard) by Nets.

Michal holds a masters in finance and accounting from Warsaw School of Economics.
