Miguel Ángel Arrigoni

Miguel has over 30 years of experience in financial advisory and leads Clairfield’s corporate finance operations in Argentina. He is an expert in mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, valuations, and structured financing. His in-depth understanding of capital markets and financial services has positioned him as a trusted advisor to both corporate and institutional clients.

Throughout his career, he has advised local and international clients on high-profile and complex transactions across a range of sectors, including banking, real estate, energy, and agribusiness.

He led the structuring of more than 1,000 securitisation processes and was responsible for developing Argentina’s first financial trust in 1996. Miguel also pioneered the first transaction in Argentina to exclude privileged assets and liabilities using a financial trust structure. He led the largest foreign debt restructuring process in the Argentine financial system, acting as financial advisor to the Steering Committee of creditors.

Miguel graduated from the University of Buenos Aires with a degree in accountancy and holds a master’s in systems engineering.
