Òscar Peiró

Òscar is an analyst at Clairfield in Spain, where he supports the execution of crossborder midmarket transactions across a range of industries. He joined Clairfield in 2024, initially as an intern, and was soon promoted to analyst in recognition of his performance and commitment.

In his role, Òscar contributes to financial analysis, business valuation, and financial modelling, as well as the preparation of transaction materials and due diligence support. His international background and language skills enhance his contribution to crossborder projects and collaboration with Clairfield’s global partner offices.

Òscar graduated with a degree in international business economics from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and completed an academic exchange at the Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki. He also holds a master’s in finance, with a specialisation in corporate finance, from the Nova School of Business and Economics.
