Sezer Koycu

Sezer is a Senior Manager at Clairfield in the Netherlands, focusing on transactions in cleantech and sustainability as well as business services. He advises private equity funds, entrepreneurs and corporates on M&A. Sezer joined Clairfield in 2026.

Before joining Clairfield, Sezer worked in the corporate finance team at Deloitte. He also held operational roles in corporate and scale-up environments, which gives him a well-rounded view of mid-market M&A from both the advisory and the operating side.

Sezer holds master’s degrees in strategic management from Erasmus University Rotterdam and in financial management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
