Teo Linnovaara

Teo is associate director at Clairfield in Finland. Teo has experience advising on sell- and buy-side mandates, equity capital market transactions, and private capital raises across a wide range of industries. He has played a central role in numerous transactions, leading workstreams in due diligence, valuation, financial modelling, and the preparation of investor materials, while working closely with senior management and investors.

He previously held a role in credit analysis, where he advised on credit rating considerations, debt capacity, and capital structures in complex, debt-driven transactions.

Teo holds a masters in economics from the Hanken School of Economics. He is also a certified advisor on the Nasdaq Helsinki and Stockholm exchanges.
