Tomáš Adámek

Tomáš is responsible for management of Czech team and leading projects in the area of corporate finance including M&A, divestitures, settlements between shareholders, valuations, and fairness opinions from inception to completion.

Tomáš has over 10 years of experience in M&A and corporate finance. Tomáš previously worked in Aakon Capital, a Czech family office, for more than four years, where he was responsible for managing investment process, seeking new M&A opportunities as well as business strategy development at portfolio companies mainly in the engineering, transportation and gastronomy sectors.

 In addition to his position at Clairfield, Tomáš is a member of the supervisory board of the Investors Club, where he served as president from 2014-2015. Tomáš graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, with focus on corporate finance and management.
