Carina Küffen

Carina Küffen is partner at Saxenhammer, Clairfield’s partner in Germany. Carina has over ten years of experience in M&A, with a focus on transactions driven by transformation processes. She advises international corporations on carve-outs and spin-offs, and advises entrepreneurs and shareholders of medium-sized companies on transformative changes in the corporate life cycle.

Carina has advised on more than 70 M&A transactions in complex situations across a broad range including the industrials and capital goods, automotive, mechanical engineering, and fashion and textile sectors.

Carina holds a bachelor’s degree in economics with a focus on corporate finance and is also a certified restructuring and reorganisation advisor.
