Viessmann Climate Solutions SE, a German leader in climate control solutions, acquired Waldhauser GmbH & Wärmetechnik KG.
In January 2024, Viessmann Climate Solutions, based in Allendorf Germany, became part of US Carrier Global Corp (NYSE:CARR). The combined entity has more than 45,000 employees and generates annual turnover of more thanEUR 17 billion. The new leader in the global HVAC industry offers exceptional expertise in the field of efficient energy and climate solutions, with a strong focus on quality and resource-efficient products.
With this acquisition, Viessmann successfully completes the first transaction of its new investment & growth “Guardian” strategy program that rolls out “Installation as a Service” in Germany and abroad.
