Bencis sold CurTec to Ampersand
Dutch investor Bencis sold CurTec Group B.V., a global leader in high-performance plastic packaging for the pharmaceutical and specialty chemical industries, to Ampersand Capital Partners.
Headquartered in Rijen (Netherlands), with manufacturing operations in the Netherlands and the United States and sales offices across Europe, North America and Asia, CurTec designs and manufactures GMP-compliant, UN-certified, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) drums, pails and jars. These packaging solutions are engineered for the secure storage and transport of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), excipients and other high-value and sensitive biopharma and chemical ingredients used in regulated environments where cleanliness, compliance and durability are critical.
With this partnership Ampersand Capital Partners looks to accelerate CurTec’s growth in North America, drive product innovation, and strengthen its position as a trusted provider to over 300 global customers.
