We assist private equity portfolio companies in executing buy & build and platform strategies. These can be sector roll-ups and/or execution of growth strategies, with Clairfield providing superior access to corporate targets.
By selling assets to private equity buyers, often through corporate mandates in non-core asset disposals and carve-outs, we have excellent access and understanding of private equity buyers.

Clairfield provides end-to-end M&A and financing advisory services to private equity. We engage and assist with private equity by offering inroads and expertise in local markets and, more importantly, by originating investment opportunities through ad-hoc or structured processes.
