BizLink Group sold its healthcare robotics division to Niryo

BizLink Group, a global manufacturer of cables, connectors, wire harnesses and custom cable assemblies, sold its healthcare robotics division to Niryo, a French developer of collaborative robotic arms.

The parties

BizLink is a global manufacturer of cables, connectors, wire harnesses and custom cable assemblies, headquartered in California and listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange. The group serves the data centre, industrial, automotive and medical technology sectors from more than 50 locations across 20 countries, employs over 20,000 people and generated around EUR 1.94bn in revenue in 2025.

Niryo, founded in 2016 and led by Marc-Henri Frouin, develops collaborative 6-axis robotic arms and robotics platforms for education, industry and medical applications. Its investors include Bpifrance, Innovacom, IRD, Finorpa and Go Capital.

Outcome of the transaction

The transaction covers BizLink’s healthcare robotics operations, including the ORION patient positioning system and the PULSAR robotic platform, along with intellectual property, engineering expertise and product development activities. Production continues at the manufacturing site in Chartres, and BizLink will keep supplying Niryo with specialised cable assemblies.

The transfer lets BizLink concentrate on industrial robotic connectivity, factory automation and high-performance infrastructure, and places healthcare robotics with a dedicated robotics specialist.
