Artemis Capital Partners (ACP), Munich, acquired Lüttgens Kunststoff-Technik, headquartered in Heiligenhaus, Germany, and with a further production facility in Nielbark, Poland.
Lüttgens is a well-established specialist in high-precision plastic components, boasting extensive experience in the development and production of technical plastic parts for demanding applications, particularly in the automotive, consumer, electrical, and mechanical engineering industries. With 400 employees, the company has been committed to technical excellence, quality, and partnership-based cooperation with industrial companies worldwide since 1937.
